In continuation to the efforts of the PARIVAAR CCH, above cited programme has been organized at the Abhatyajyothi Special School on 24th Dec 2013 for the Parents having children with intellectual disabilities. It was participatory and supported for the creation of livelihoods.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION - EFFECTIVE SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEM

Dear All

In continuation to the association with the use of RTI, joined the group on 21st December 2013 to know the status and ways to move forward. 

The suggestion made during the meet was to stress for proactive declaration which is supposed to be done by all the concerned Departments / Institutions within 120 days from the day of enactment of the Act i.e. by early 2006. Still is is not effective and the process of getting the INFORMATION by ASKING is totally UNPLEASANT for both the SEEKER & GIVER.
