In continuation to the association with the use of RTI, joined the group on 21st December 2013 to know the status and ways to move forward.
The suggestion made during the meet was to stress for proactive declaration which is supposed to be done by all the concerned Departments / Institutions within 120 days from the day of enactment of the Act i.e. by early 2006. Still is is not effective and the process of getting the INFORMATION by ASKING is totally UNPLEASANT for both the SEEKER & GIVER.
